The Good Governance Management of School Administrator under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the management on good governance of educational institution administrators under Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office and to compare the management on good governance of educational institution administrators under Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office classified by gender, age, size of educational institution and work experiences. The sample consisted of 306 Personnel under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office from 9 locations. Item consistency index value is between .67-1.00 and the reliability value is .95. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, LSD (Least Significant Difference) and content analysis.

            The research results founded that the management of the principles of good governance by school administrators the most importance was the principle of morality, followed by the responsibility , participation, transparency, the rule of law and value. The comparing teachers' opinions found that there were different opinions among teachers with gender age and work experience at the statistically significant at.05 level meanwhile school size was not different.
