Abstract

          Research on developing the educational institution administration model using development cooperation network quality of educational management at Ban Pong Hueng School Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This study was research and development project. The objective of the research was to (1) Study the network creation process and elements of the cooperation network to develop the quality of education of Ban Pong Hueng School Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. (2) Create and verify educational institution administration models using development cooperation network quality of educational management at Ban Pong Hueng School Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.(3) Experimenting with educational institution management models using development cooperation network quality of educational management at Ban Pong Hueng School Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and (4) Evaluate the educational institution administration model using development cooperation network quality of educational management at Ban Pong Hueng School Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Research tools include questionnaires and interviews. Basic statistics include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The research results found that

1) recognize the need to build a network, 2) coordinate network agencies/organizations, 3) create joint commitments, 4) manage the network, and 5) develop relationships and elements of a collaborative network to develop the quality of education and from studying related documents and research and from study visits to schools that have best practices. Consists of 6 components:  1) characteristics or important activities that enhance the efficiency of the network's mission. 2)scope and mission of educational institution management. 3)techniques/methods for developing network members. 4)network empowerment process. 5)good characteristics of network leaders and 6)network operations and reflection on results

1. Academic year 2023, Excellent, overall average 18.05 percent Academic year 2022 good, average total 59.42 percent academic year 2023: Good, average overall 62.50 percent and academic year 2022, the average pass rate was 18.84 percent. Academic year 2023, the average pass rate was 19.44 percent.
3.
