ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดทำบัญชีของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดสตูล

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดทำบัญชีของวิสาหกิจชุมชนจังหวัดสตูล และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบกับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ทำบัญชี กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ผู้ทำบัญชีของวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่
จดทะเบียนกับกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร จำนวน 226 แห่ง โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ใช้สถิติใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติ t-test และค่าสถิติ F-test โดยมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดทำบัญชีของวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับสูง ประกอบด้วย ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้านการนำข้อมูลทางการบัญชีไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการดำเนินงาน และด้านเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน 2. การเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีอายุแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดทำบัญชีด้านความร่วมมือและสนับสนุน และด้านเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกัน ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดทำบัญชีโดยรวมและรายด้าน เฉพาะด้านความร่วมมือและสนับสนุน และด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศแตกต่างกัน 3. การเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีเพศ สาขาผู้ทำบัญชี ประสบการณ์ และการฝึกอบรมแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดทำบัญชีโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน จากผลการศึกษาควรมีการพัฒนาแม่แบบ (Template) บัญชีบน Excel ที่ออกแบบมาเฉพาะสำหรับวิสาหกิจชุมชน พร้อมสูตรคำนวณอัตโนมัติและระบบตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง เพื่อลดความซับซ้อนในการทำงานและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดทำบัญชี นอกจากนี้ ควรมีการพัฒนาโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปที่เหมาะสมกับวิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยเน้นความเรียบง่ายในการใช้งานและความสามารถในการทำงานแบบออฟไลน์ รวมถึงจัดทำหลักสูตรอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำรายงานเงินสดรับ-จ่าย เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดทำบัญชีของวิสาหกิจชุมชนให้มีความถูกต้องและเป็นมาตรฐานมากขึ้น
