Effective of Training on Business Success in Hotel Business in Thailand

Abstract
In this dissertation, the researcher investigates the effective of training on business success in hotel business in Thailand. It was conducted by the quantitative research for 231 management of a hotel business in Thailand which is the member of Thai Hotel Association selected and responded to questionnaire. The instrumental was a 5-point Likert scale. Its questions were partly adapted from the results of Thai and International research that published in the academic journal. The quantitative research, descriptive statistic such as percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were employed to analyze the collect data. It was found that the management of hotel business in Thailand is satisfied with the effectiveness of training in overall at a high level in the aspect of the accomplishment of work and the competitive advantage in overall, the skills improvement and the success of the hotel business at a high level in the aspects of learning and growth eventually.
