To meet the IJLEA’s publications of high quality, validity, and acceptance at the national and international standards, as well as the requirements proposed by COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).

Any article published in the IJLEA is considered an academic work representing the opinions of the author(s) and should not be construed as reflecting the opinions of the Editorial Board. Facts, opinions, and resources in the articles presented and expressed in IJLEA are those of the authors and contributors, and do not necessarily reflect those of the editors, the editorial board, or organizations to which the authors are affiliated.

For Editors

  • The editor has the duties to check the manuscripts based on the aims, objectives, and scopes of the Journal, as well as ensure their qualities before publication. The manuscripts must not have been published elsewhere.
  • The editor must keep the editorial and review process of the manuscripts highly confidential.
  • The editor has no conflicts of interests, be they commercial or academic purposes.
  • The editor has the rights to discontinue the review process and withdraw the manuscripts found with plagiarism for copies, alterations, or counterfeits immediately without the authors' consent. The author(s) will then be notified by the editor.
  • The editor must conduct the editorial review process with zero biases and prejudices towards ethnicities, races, nationalities, religions, languages, genders, political ideologies, and affiliations of the author(s).
  • The editor must maintain the Journal's quality and its state-of-the-art standards continuously.
  • The editor must announce manuscript submission guidelines and necessary information for the authors to know prior to the submission.
  • The editor must not encourage the author(s) to cite papers of the editor or those of others to increase the journal citations or impact factors.


For Authors

  • The author(s) must ensure that the manuscript is original, has never been published elsewhere, or has not been submitted to other journals concurrently.
  • The author(s) must not commit plagiarism without citations.
  • The author(s) must comply with the journal's submission guidelines and referencing styles.
  • The author(s) must declare and acknowledge funding agencies for research and publication.
  • The author(s) must include all relevant parties related to the research process or co-author(s) truthfully without neglecting and deleting their names.
  • With research related to humans or animals, the author(s) should be able to show the IRB (Institutional Research Board) if requested by the editor or reviewers


For Reviewers

  • The reviewers must review the manuscript based on its significance, originality, validity, and accuracy without any biases towards the author(s).
  • The reviewers must return their reviews to the editor in a timely manner.
  • The reviewers must have knowledge and expertise related to the manuscript.
  • The reviewers must have no conflicts of interests with the Journal, editor, and author(s).
  • The reviewers must keep the review process highly confidential.
  • The reviewers must not suggest the author(s) to cite their work to gain their personal or others' citations.
