Abstract

The research objectives were to investigate the management composition of inclusive education for students with special needs in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30, and to develop a management model of inclusive education for students with special needs in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30. The research had three sample groups. The first group consisted of 443 administrators, academic teachers, teachers responsible for the project, and teachers. The second sample group comprised nine experts, and the third sample group consisted of 59 directors and vice directors. The research instrument was a 5-scales, questionnaire, semi-structured interview questions, and a evaluation of the suitability and feasibility of the model. The data of mixed method research methodology was analyzed by means of mean (gif.latex?\bar{x}), standard deviation (S.D.), Confirm Factors Analysis (CFA) by computer program. 
The findings were as follows:
1. The management composition of inclusive education for students with special needs in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30 was composed of 4 aspect: 1) Planning 2) Organizing 3) Controlling, and 4) Improvement.
2. For a model for inclusive education for students with special needs in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30, in comprised 5 components: 1)Rationale 2)Objectives, 3)Work Process comprising planning, organizing, controlling and improving or revising, 4) Evaluation, and 5) success condition. Regarding a model confirmation analysis, in all, all 4 aspects were closely related with high level of suitability and feasibility.
