Abstract

Cultural diversity contributes to the collision of faith and a source of conflict. In Buddhist is to define the problem clearly and to understand the real cause of the problem will lead to fix it properly as it adheres to the analytical thinking. This article, the authors propose a Model of conflict management on the concept of Apaṇṇaka Sȗtra. The proposed pattern of conflict management in three ways: 1) Wrong View; 2) Right View and have shown The Value - The penalty for those who believe. Considering the consequences of the actions of a viewpoint both of these bases will understand the concept of conflict management in Apaṇṇaka - paṭipadā (sure course) that the third way is called the middle way.
