The Guidelines for Learning and Teaching Integrated in accordance with Traisikkha Principle in Buddhist Oriented Schools under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract
This study had these two objectives: 1) to study integrated educational management in accordance with Traisikkha principles of Buddhist oriented schools under the office of Khon Kaen primary educational service area 1; 2) to study educational management guidance integrated in accordance with Traisikkha principles of Buddhist oriented schools under the office of Khon Kaen primary educational service area 1. The sample group of this study consisted of 270 administrators and teachers from 67 Buddhist oriented schools, under the office of Khon Kaen primary educational service area 1. The sample size was proceeded through Krejcie and Morgan table by stratified random sampling technique.The study tools consisted of questionnaires and interview forms with content validity at 0.80-1.00, discriminative value at 0.45-0.83, and the reliability at 0.97. And, the statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. Results of this research were the following:
1. The Guidelines for learning guidance integrated in accordance with Traisikkha principles of Buddhist oriented schools under the office of Khon Kaen primary educational service area 1 was overall practiced at high level. When considered individually, each aspect was found being performed at high level namely 1) “Using teaching aids and learning resources”, 2) “Testing and assessment”, and 3) “Learning management procedures” respectively.
2. The Guidelines for learning guidance integrated in accordance with Traisikkha principles of Buddhist oriented schools under the office of Khon Kaen primary educational service area 1 and its learning procedure should be initiated from enhancing the curriculum to more sufficient with cooperation among administrators and teachers.There Should have training on curriculum manipulation with provided obvious indicators; lesson plans should done in accordance with the curriculum and integrate the lesson plans consistently with Traisikkha principles. Teaching and learning have to follow the integrated procedure consisting of 3 stages: 1) precept stage is the basement of life to properly conduct relationship with environment and other people, including speaking, listening, eating, acting, thinking, etc., 2) medication stage is to prioritize quality of mentality and virtue, and 3) wisdom stage is to emphasize the principles and reasoning in considering activities incurred from learning.It is crucial to follow rules, laws and regulations that enhancing morality and Buddhist oriented. There should be supervision from administrators to assign teachers in friendly and constructive manner to better things.
