Approaches for Developing the Process of Creating Awareness of the Justice of the Judiciary: Case study of the Judiciary under the Office of the Chief Justice Inregion 4

Abstract
The objective of this research was to: 1) studies the state of the perception of the justice, 2) developed the process of creating the perception of the justice, 3) confirmation of the approach. The research was qualitative research, which can be divided into 3 phases: 1) was the studies from documents and in-depth interview, data was collected via interview form, 2) was a qualitative research; the target group consisted of 30 provincial court administrators and related-persons, used Purposive Sampling method and interview form, 3) was qualitative research; the target group consisted of 30 provincial court administrators and related-persons, used Purposive Sampling and the research results in 2; to draft the preliminary development approach and held a meeting to criticize the approach for confirmed the development approach for 2 times to improve the development approach completely.
The research results:
1. The state of perception of justice administration; at present, people are more alert, aware and more interested in the justice system. But the majority of people still lack knowledge and understood in the justice process when they were directly involved.
2. The process of raised awareness in the process of facilitated justice; there were knowledge enhancement through understood kits that are easy for people to understood, created knowledge media via internet, Info graphic, citizen manual, etc.,
3. The approach for the development of the process of creating awareness of the provision of justice of the judiciary; there was a target group, selected of media or channels used for communication and followed up on the performance evaluation.
