The Development of Competency’s Team Work for Teacher of Primary School Amnartcharoean Educational Service

Abstract
The purposes of the research were study the factors, indicators, study current conditions, desirable conditions and develop the Competency’s Team work Program on Competency’s Team work for Teacher of Primary School Amnartcharoean Educational Service. The sampling groups to use in research were 317 people. The instrumentations are the following; 1) evaluation forms 2) questionnaire 3) interview forms. Statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results are as followed:
1. Result of the factors and the indicators on Competency’s Team work for Teacher were 7 factors 39 indicators following; 1) Setting common goals 6 2) Creative communication 5 indicators 3) Trust 7 indicators 4) Participation 6 indicators 5) The decision 6 indicators 6) Suitable leadership 5 indicators 7) Balance in roles 4 indicators. reported that the program’s possibility and suitability are at the most level.
2. Result of the current conditions and desirable conditions about Competency’s Team work for Teacher. reported that the current conditions are at the high level and desirable conditions are at the highest level.
3. Result of a use of a program of development of Competency’s Team work for Teacher consists of 1) the principle, 2) the purposes, 3) the content, 4) Development method following; 4.1) Self-learning 7 Module, 4.2) Learning by working with other people and 4.3) Integration. reported that the program’s possibility, suitability is at the most level.
