Efficiency on Service of Samran Sub-District Subdistrict Municipality, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province

Abstract
This research has the aims to study: 1) the Efficiency on Service of Samran Sub-District Subdistrict Municipality, Muang Khon Kaen district, Khon Kaen province, 2) the relationship between personal factors and Efficiency on Service of Samran Sub-District Subdistrict Municipality, Muang Khon Kaen district, Khon Kaen province. The researcher collected the data from 384 respondents by questionnaires, and analyzed the data by percentage, mean, standard deviation statistics, and Chi-Square Test: X2 – test.
The results were as follows:
1. The overall of the Efficiency on Service of Samran municipal sub-district, Muang Khon Kaen district, Khon Kaen province was at high, when considering the service efficiency of Samran Subdistrict Municipality, Muang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province on each side found that convenience, officers, equal service, process of service, punctual and fast service, and quality of service was at high.
2. Hypothesis testing The research found that when testing the relationship between personal factors with the Efficiency on Service of Samran Sub-District Subdistrict Municipality, Muang Khon Kaen district, Khon Kaen province overall found that of age, educational levels And the occupation of the people and the Efficiency on Service of Samran Sub-District Subdistrict Municipality, Muang Khon Kaen district, Khon Kaen province. Were relationship at the significance level of .05 which is in accordance with the hypothesis set, while the gender variable and the effectiveness on service of Samran Subdistrict Municipality Mueang Khon Kaen District Khon Kaen There is no relationship at the significant level of .05 which is not in accordance with the hypothesis set.
