The Development of Architecture Landscape of Wat Concerning Cosmology

Abstract
This research of objective to: 1) the concept about architecture landscape of wat concerning cosmology in three spheres (Tribhūmi), 2) the survey of structure and character about architecture landscape of Wat concerning Tribhūmi, 3) to study of architecture landscape conforming cosmology in Tribhūmi. The qualitative research in the two simple areas is; Wat Phrasrīrattanamahādhātu, Phitsanulok and WatIndrāvāsa (Tonguaen), Chiang Mai. The three methods of study are; 1) literature review and analysis; 2) non-participatory observation and interview; 3) a focus group. The collection and analytical data in three issues are; 1) the concept of Tribhūmi, 2) the structures of architecture landscape of the simple research area, 3) the ways of development for Wat concerning Tribhūmi. The research study, it was found that: the concept of cosmology of three spheres is study of moral cosmology for result of action of people in 3 main parts and 31 sub-components communicated by landscape and architecture. It is designed by direction of ways and belief the construction of architecture;-pagoda, Dhamma building, Buddha Hall as regarded central core of temple same as the center of cosmology. The three spheres are related to the Dhammapractice and the wisdom of people relating with landscape and architecture which are the corner of darkness and lightness.
The survey of landscape architecture of Wat Phrasrīrattanamahadhatu, Phitsanulok is placed in the eastern of the river Nan as the way of the Buddha turning His face in the eastern or the river. Its pagoda is central core divided into the lands as Buddhāvāsa, Saṅghāvāsa, Dhammāvāsa, social service area and conscious area and WatIndrāvāsa The survey of landscape architecture of Wat Phrasrīrattanamahadhatu, Phitsanulok is placed in the eastern of the river Nan as the way of the Buddha turning His face in the eastern or the river. Its pagoda is central core divided into the lands as Buddhāvāsa, Saṅghāvāsa, Dhammāvāsa, social service area and conscious area and WatIndrāvāsa (Tonguaen) which is royal vihāra as the president of wat. The vihāra is like bark directing to freedom of suffering. The 4 faces of pavilion direct to heaven named Jātummahārāj. The ancient wall same as cosmological wall with the area of Buddhāvāsa, Saṅghāvāsa, Dhammāvāsa, social service area and conscious area of this temple.
The ways of development architecture of wat in Tribhūmi. The part of landscape is focused on sylvan, peace, viveka, the promotion of Dhamma treatment, sappāya in food, communication. Its fine article architecture of science and arts. It is designed by Buddhāvāsa, Saṅghāvāsa, Dhammāvāsa with an area for social service, consciousness and learning source of artistry. Its conservation is done by planning and governmental policy. There is the making process of knowledge body on Tribhūmiin three levels; 1) sensual knowledge or information; 2) rational knowledge; 3) intellectual knowledge into freedom from suffering.
