The Development of Academic Administration Process of the Basic Mahamakut Buddhist University Kalasin Collage based on the Quality Management Concept

Abstract
This research is conducted as a mixed method and purpose of research was to study the development of academic administration Process of the basic Mahamakut Buddhist university Kalasin collage based on the quality management concept, mean while to examine the attitude toward the problem’s solutions based on executives’ view. The research population consisted of 400 administrators, curriculum lecturers, faculty staff, and students for the 2017 academic year, a sample group of 196 people. The research instruments included Questionnaires and Interviews. Data were analyzed by statistical analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median and inter quartile.
The result shows that:
1. The overall problems concerning the academic affairs administration of the targeted schools are evaluated as in the average level. The most concerned issue goes to the research for the educational improvement, then development of learning innovation and the least concern is the curriculum improvement respectively.
2. Based on the executives’ view toward the development of research for the educational improvement, it is suggested that executives clarify the importance of research to all teachers. They need to support teachers in research publication, training sessions, demonstrate and evaluate the research efficiency. Regarding the development of educational innovation, there should be a good budget administration for purchasing and maintenance. Let the community improve and invent the learning innovation, attend the training, demonstrate and evaluate the initiatives efficiency, support teachers in initiating instructional tools. Similarly, to improve the curriculum more effectively, community should take part in initiating demonstrating them in the teaching.
3. Regarding the executive’s attitude toward the development guides for the 3 issues, the result shows that the development guides are approved as a solution to the academic affairs administration and those concerning problems are properly solved.
