Strengthening Collaboration and Improving of Corruption Prevention Pattern in Thailand on Benefit Transfer from Japan and South Korea

Abstract
This research aimed to propose strengthening collaboration and improving of corruption prevention pattern in Thailand on benefit transfer from Japan and South Korea. The research is a qualitative research which focused on document and related research. Also included filed studied which was in-depth interview from key informant and the research results were analyzed using descriptive analysis method
The research founded:
1. The pattern of anti-corruption in Japan and South Korea cases focused on cooperation between the anti-corruption agencies and civil society of Japan and South Korea in coordination in all three parts, namely the government sector, Private sector and people in regarded to anti-corruption.
2. The pattern of anti-corruption in Thailand founded that the cooperation in the anti-corruption between National Anti-Corruption Commission and Thai agencies involved directly and indirectly, as well as independent entity had very little cooperation between the Thai government agencies and the people.
3. The pattern of cooperation and upgrade to anti-corruption in Thailand from Japan and South Korea cases founded that the thick democracy model is the best way to enhance anti-corruption in Thailand by focusing on creating a system and mechanism that promote participation in the civil sector, could be adopted to prevent corruption in Thailand, along with strict enforcement of the law, amendment of the law, reduction of marketing monopoly, and elimination of double-standard practices.
