Abstract

This article presents the concepts and principles of empowerment of teachers because the teachers are an important force in driving the work in various fields of the school and the ones who design learning management for students. The students are the human resources who will drive and develop the country in the future. If the teacher is working to the best of his knowledge and ability, he or she will develop continuously. In addition and by teamwork. The teamwork will make the various tasks of the school meet its objectives affecting students and is beneficial to the education in general and to the students in particular.
