บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้เป็นการนำเสนอแนวคิดและหลักการการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจการทำงานของครู เนื่องจากครูเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนงานในด้านต่างๆ ของสถานศึกษา อีกทั้งเป็นบุคคลที่ออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ให้กับนักเรียน ซึ่งนักเรียนเป็นทรัพยากรบุคคลที่จะขับเคลื่อนและพัฒนาประเทศในอนาคต หากครูมีการทำงานอย่างเต็มความรู้ ความสามารถ มีการพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีการทำงานเป็นทีม จะทำให้งานด้านต่างๆ ของสถานศึกษาบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่วางไว้ ส่งผลต่อดีนักเรียนและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อวงการศึกษา
