The Guidelines for Promoting Healthy Large Size School under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The research aimed to study 1) the actual conditions, desirable conditions, of the healthy school needs assessment and 2) the guidelines for promoting of healthy Large Size School under Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office. This study was a mixed method. The population was 210 teachers and educational staffs, using total sampling. The research instrument was 5 rating scale questionnaires include happy
student, happy school, happy environment, happy family and happy society. Furthermore, the research information was analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified).
The results of the study showed that:
1. The average of actual conditions and desirable conditions were 3.29 and 4.90 respectively. The highest of PNI modified was happy society (PNI modified = 0.597) followed by happy family, happy student, happy school and happy environment with 0.497, 0.492, 0.483 and 0.388 respectively.
2. The guidelines for promoting healthy school was 28 guidelines consist of happy student (5 guidelines), happy school (6 guidelines), happy environment (6 guidelines), happy family (5 guidelines) and happy society (7 guidelines).
