บทคัดย่อ
การจัดการศึกษาท้องถิ่นสู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน เป็นการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการเรียนรู้สำหรับทุกคน และเปิดโอกาสให้มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา ตระหนักและรับรู้ปัญหาความต้องการท้องถิ่นและชุมชนของตน เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้วยกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วม ทั้งการร่วมคิด ร่วมวางแผน ร่วมตัดสินใจ ร่วมแก้ปัญหา ร่วมรับผิดชอบ ร่วมติดตามประเมินผล และร่วมชื่นชมผลสำเร็จร่วมกันตามบริบทของสังคมไทย รวมทั้งการสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ การกระจายอำนาจที่นำไปสู่ความสำเร็จและบูรณาการเข้าสู่ระบบการเรียนรู้ทั้งในระบบ นอกระบบ และตามอัธยาศัย เป็นการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันทั้งชุมชน โดยมีสถานศึกษาหรือหน่วยงานที่จัดการศึกษาดำเนินงานร่วมกันมุ่งสู่การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน
