Acceptance Technology for Adapting to a Digital Organization by Personnel of the Nong Prue Sub-district Administrative Organization, Samut Prakan Province

Abstract

This research aims to study: Acceptance, compare personal factor with acceptance of technology for adapting to a digital organization and factors influencing digital transformation in the Nong Prue Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Samut Prakan Province. The participants in the study were the personnel of the Nong Prue Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Samut Prakan Province, a total of 174 in numbers. The study used a quantitative method, which utilized the questionnaires to collect the data. The verified value of Cronbach’s alpha reliability test of 0.95. The statistics analysis: frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and including assumption by t-test, One-way Analysis of Variance and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of research found that:

1) Almost of them were female, aged 31 - 40 years, married, graduated with Bachelor’s degree and hired employee status.

          2) The acceptance of technology for adapting to a digital organization by personnel of the Nong Prue Sub-district Administrative Organization, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province overall was at the highest level. As considering each aspect averages sorted from highest to lowest at the highest level were perceived usefulness, acceptance of using technology systems, behavioral to using technology,  perceived ease of use, and attitude towards using, respectively.

3) The adaptability to digital organization of the personnel in the Nong Prue Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Samut Prakan Province overall      and each aspect averages was at a highest level.

          4) The compare personal factor with acceptance of technology for adapting to a digital organization by personnel of the Nong Prue Sub-district Administrative Organization, Samut Prakan Province classified by gender, age, marital status, education level and positions had no difference, significant at the level of .05

5) The factors influencing digital transformation in the Nong Prue Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Samut Prakan Province have statistically significant influence at the level of .05 on attitude towards using, acceptance of using technology systems, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and behavioral to using technology, respectively.
