คุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพและผลกระทบของมอร์ฟีนต่อผู้ป่วยมะเร็งที่ได้รับการรักษาแบบประคับประคอง

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตและความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งที่ได้รับการรักษาแบบประคับประคองด้วยมอร์ฟีนโดยเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามลักษณะทั่วไป แบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิต (EQ-5D-5L) และแบบประเมินอาการไม่สุขสบาย (ESAS) ในวันที่ 1 และวันที่ 30 ของการศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและ Wilcoxon signed-rank test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพมีแนวโน้มลดลง แต่ไม่แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value > 0.05) ขณะที่อาการไม่สุขสบายหลายด้าน เช่น อาการปวด อ่อนเพลีย คลื่นไส้ ง่วงซึม เบื่ออาหาร หายใจลำบาก และท้องผูก มีแนวโน้มลดลง สะท้อนถึงแนวโน้มคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น ส่วนอาการซึมเศร้าและความวิตกกังวลมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้น สะท้อนถึงแนวโน้มคุณภาพชีวิตที่ลดลง แต่ไม่แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value > 0.05) นอกจากนี้ค่าชีวเคมีในเลือดยังบ่งชี้แนวโน้มมีผลกระทบต่อการทำงานของตับและไต
