THE MOTIVATION IN WORK OF ARMY NON - COMMISSIONED ARTILLERY BATTALION 8th ARTILLERY REGIMENT 3rd MUEANG KHONKAEN DISTRICT, KHONKAEN PROVINCE

The purposes of this study were to 1) investigate the motivation in work of army noncommissioned artillery battalion 8th Artillery Regiment 3rd Muang Khonkaen district, Khonkaen province 2) investigate the suggestion and approach to promote the motivation in work of army noncommissioned artillery battalion 8th artillery regiment 3rd Muang Khonkaen district, Khonkaen province. Data were collected by using questionnaires from 94respondents. Analyzed the data by using descriptive statistics that include percentage, means, and standard deviation. The findings of this research show that:
1. Most respondents were Sergeant, Sgt. (47.90%), aged 20 - 30 (63.80%), married (53.20%), income was lower than 15,000 baht (68.10%) and level of education was high school/vocational certificate (67.00%).
2. The overall of the motivation in work of army noncommissioned artillery battalion 8th artillery regiment 3rd Muang Khonkaen district, Khonkaen province was high level. The motivation in work was sorted in descending order as follows: the achievement, the responsibility, the job description, the respect, and the progress in work.
