JOB MOTIVATION OF ARMY OFFICERS UNDER 6th CAVALRY BATTALION 6th CAVALRY REGIMENT QUEEN SRIPHATCHARIN GUARD

The objectives of this research to study motivation factors in job motivation of army officers under 6th cavalry battalion 6th cavalry regiment queen Sriphatcharin guard by using questionnaires to collect data from military civil servant groups. The statistics used are percentage, mean, mean, standard deviation. The result was as follows:
1. 139 respondents were male, 139 persons, representing 100.00 percent, aged between 21 - 30 years, 37 people, accounting for 26.61 percent, graduating from grade 6 /vocational certificate/equivalent number 71 people, representing 51.07 percent, the highest rank of non - commissioned rank, 110 people, accounting for 79.13 percent, salary levels between 10,001 - 20,000 baht, the most, 79 people, representing 56.83 percent
2. Motivation in in job motivation of army officers under 6th cavalry battalion 6th cavalry regiment queen Sriphatcharin guard at the high level (= 3.93). When considered on each side, it was found that the highest mean value to find the least, including the need for success Relationship needs Responsibility Work practices Superiors Acceptance Administrative Policy And salary, respectively.
3. Other suggestions Motivation in in job motivation of army officers under 6th cavalry battalion 6th cavalry regiment queen Sriphatcharin guard found that more work should be assigned to suit the aptitude of the worker Encourage military officers to receive training to improve their knowledge. Expertise in various fields There is an exchange of knowledge between the job categories. Supervisors should always be ready to protect subordinates, reduce the use of supervisory authority, have less openness to listen to problems in operations.
