PEOPLE’S SATISFACTION TO THE SERVICE OF YANGOOM SUB - DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATION, TAKHANTO DISTRICT, KALASIN PROVINCE

The purpose of this descriptive study aimed to People’s Satisfaction to the service of Yangoom Sub - district Administration Organization, Takhanto District, Kalasin Province. The sample used consisted of 368 using a random sampling technique. Research instruments included a demographic questionnaire and working motivation questionnaires. A panel of 5 experts considered the questionnaires ‘content validity. The questionnaires’ internal consistencies were supported by Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of 0.78 for working motivation questionnaires. The descriptive statistics included frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation were used for data analysis.
The results were as follows: 1. The majority of 368 using the respondents were male, aged 41 – 50, primary school and Agricultural occupation. 2. Results indicated that People’s Satisfaction to the service of Yangoom Sub - district Administration Organization, Takhanto District, Kalasin Province was high (= 3.66). The satisfaction identified in order of importance were equality(
