The Integration of Buddhist Principle for Working Behavior in Local Government Organizations

Abstract

        The purposes of this article were 1.To make some suggestions for personals who work in local government organizations known how to integrate Buddhist Moral Code in working behavior. 2. To stimulate personals in local government organization realize more morality and faithfully behavior. 3. To hold the code of morality conduct to be in practicing among governmental sectors. The results of the study found that: 1. The methods of morality conduct must be in use for every person as habitual behavior in working process. 2. The methods of law enforcement and administrative enforcement must be used in local government organizations. 3. The code of ethical and morality conduct must be in practices for local government organizations to accelerate the growth of the communities.
