Program to Teacher Development of Learning Management Emphasizing Analytical Thinking Skill for School in Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1. to analyze the factors and the needs of learning management emphasizing analytical thinking skill for school in Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 2. to development the program to teacher development of learning management emphasizing analytical thinking skill for school in Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This study was a two-phase. Phase 1 was the study of factors and needs of learning management emphasizing analytical thinking skill. The sample consisted of 336. Phase 2 program. Key informants were three schools with excellent performance and bestpractice.
The results of this research indicated as follows; There were five learning management emphasizing analytical thinking skill factors, namely: what to be analyzed, setting objectives, principles and rules, decomposition and Summarizing answers. All learning management emphasizing analytical thinking skill factors were overall suitability was at the highest level. Priority needs were most is setting objectives. The program to teacher development of learning management emphasizing analytical thinking skill consisted of the following factors Principles and reasoning, Objectives, Content, Development methods, Media and tools, and Measurement and evaluation. The development period was 72 hours.
