The Human Resource Administration in Accordance with the Four Iddhipāda Dhammas in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education, in Loei Province

Abstract

          The objectives of this research paper were: 1) to study the conditions of the human resource administration in accordance with the Four Iddhipāda Dhammas (Paths of Accomplishment) in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education, in Loei Province; 2) to comparatively study the human resource administration in accordance with the Four Iddhipāda Dhammas in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education, in Loei Province; 3) to suggest the guidelines of the human resource administration in accordance with the Four Iddhipāda Dhammas in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education, in Loei Province. The qualitative data were studied by the descriptive approach based.
          The research results were as follows:
          1)  The conditions of the human resource administration in accordance with the Four Iddhipāda Dhammas in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education, in Loei Province indicated that most of the respondents were 73 males, representing 61.86 %, aged from 31-39 years, 60 people, representing 50.85 %, performing duties in 66 medium-sized schools, accounting for 55.93 % and has working experience from 11-20 years, 64 people, or 54.24 %.
          2) The guidelines of the human resource administration in accordance with the Four Iddhipāda Dhammas can be done as follows:
          1)  In terms of human resource management, providing help to a colleague when it comes to problems with daily life through counseling. Personnel are self-sacrificing personal happiness to pursue work and encourage their colleagues. The administrators pay attention to the livelihoods of personnel, provide physical, intellectual and financial assistance or even support them further education.
          2) In terms of general administration, the administrators give advice, suggestions, correct operation methods and give advice when problems arise for colleagues, evaluate personnel with their academic performance with impartiality and encourage them to progress in higher positions equally.
