Personnel’s Participation into Schools Administration towards 4 Dharma Principle Under the Khom Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

         The objectives of this research paper were: 1) to study the participation of the personnel in the school administration according to the Four Saṅgahavatthu Dhammas (Bases of Social Solidarity) under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; 2) to compare the participation of the personnel in the school administration according to the Four Saṅgahavatthu Dhammas under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples of this research included 303 school administrators and teachers under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, calculated by using the Krejcie and Morgan sampling method, including 38 school administrators and 265 teachers, selected by a simple random sampling method. The statistics used in data analysis were: Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation to obtain the results of the participation of the personnel in the school administration according to the Four Saṅgahavatthu Dhammas under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.
          The research results were as follows:
          The practice of the participation of the personnel in the school administration according to the Four Saṅgahavatthu Dhammas under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level. Considering the studied aspects indicates that the majority of the studied aspects showed a high level of practice ( =4.47, S.D.= .58)  . The highest practical score was seen in that of the academic administration in accordance with Atthacariyā (Useful Conduct), followed by that of Piyavācā (Kindly Speech). The least practice was seen in that of Dāna (Generosity) and Samānattatā (Equality Consisting in Impartiality).
