Efficiency of the Noncommissioned Officers’ Operation under the Military Canton 39 in Phitsanulok

Abstract

          The objectives of the research were to study the efficiency of Noncommissioned officers’ operation, and  compare the efficiency of Noncommissioned officers’ operation classified under the military canton 39 of Phitsanulok by personal factors.  It is quantitative research using survey research from questionnaires distributed to 346 Noncommissioned officers by purposive sampling and the data were analyzed by using SPSS to find out frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test by One Way ANOVA and testing each pair by the Least Significant Difference:  LSD. The findings were as follows: 1)  The level of efficiency of Noncommissioned officers’ operation under the military canton 39 of Phitsanulok overall was at a high level. 2)  The comparison found that the military officers with different positions, ages of being officials, and salary had opinions on efficiency of Noncommissioned officers’ operation under the military canton 39 of Phitsanulok with significantly different at 0.05 as accepted by hypothesis; however, other factors were not different.
