Factor Affecting Good Governance Management of Local Administrative Organizations in Udon Thani Province

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the good governance management of Local Administrative Organizations in Udon-Thani Province. (2) to study factor affecting good governance management of Local Administrative Organizations in Udon-Thani Province and (3) to study problems and obstacles in good governance water management of Local Administrative Organizations in Udon-Thani Province. This research was a mixed method using quantitative and qualitative method. Instruments were questionnaire and interview form. Samples were 181 Sub-District Administrative Organization Operators in Udon-Thani Province, totally 342 samples using stratified random sampling and informants were consisted of 10 representatives of Local Administrative Organizations in Udon-Thani Province using specified sampling. Statistics used data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple linear regression anlaysis.
          Results of this study were found as follow.
          1. The good governance management of Local Administrative Organizations in Udon-Thani Province, in overall and in aspects, were found in moderate level. 2. factor affecting good governance management of Local Administrative Organizations in Udon-Thani with statistically significant at .01 level were folunde in 4 variables ; Administrative factor, Personnel factor, Bgut factor abd planning factor. 3. Problems and obstacles in good governance water management of Local Administrative Organizations in Udon-Thani Province were consisted of personnel problems, budget allocation problems, problems of administratoron , technology problem and problems related to the public.
