An Educational Institution Administration in the Digital Period Following the Principle of Sappurisa- Dhamma 7 of Phrapariyattidham School, Formal Education Section of Wat Srinakararam in Kumpawapi District, Udonthani Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the principle of Sappurisa-Dhamma 7 in Theravada Buddhism 2) to study the educational institution administration in the digital period of Pariyattidham School, formal Education Section, North-Eastern part of Thailand, and 3) to propose the way to develop the educational institution administration in the digital period following the principle of Sappurisa-Dhamma 7 in Phrapariyattidham School, Formal Education Section, North-Eastern part of Thailand.
The result revealed that
1. The principles of Sappurisa–Dhamma 7 are; 1) Dharmannutà 2) Atthannutà 3) Attannutà 4) Mattannutà 5) Kàlannutà 6) Parisannutà 7) Puggalaparoparannutà 2. The situation of educational institution administration in the digital period of Phrapariyattidham School, Formal Education Section, North-Eastern part of Thailand. The interview was found that the administration on working is incompetent to the teachers, administrators, and personnel. The teaching aid is out-of-date and does not satisfy the need of students, because of the age differences and the lack of use on teaching aid of administrators and personnel. By contrast, the conference is held every month to analyze and solve problem 3. The guideline for developing the education institution administration in the digital period following the principle of Sappurisa-dhamma 7 in Phrapariyattidham School, Formal Education Section, Nort-Eastern Part of Thailand was found that the monthly meeting is held to analyze the problems and to administrate school to be standardized and the personnel administration aims to equally, be transparent and well-understand each other. The principle of the Sappurisa-Dhamma 7 training program aims for the teachers and personnel to comprehend the teaching and to apply the school’s administration to be standardized following the principle of Sappurisa-Dhamma 7.
