Abstract

          This research aims to 1) develop formulas and production methods. Processing of Pomelo soap products and training and development of pomelo product development group, Village No. 4, Ban Bung Sib Si, Non Thong Sub-district, Kasetsomboon District Chaiyaphum Province in marketing Brand building and packaging development 2) Transfer of knowledge and technology to develop production processes All to members of the Grapefruit Liquid Soap Processing Group, Village No. 4, Ban Bung Sib Si, Non Thong Sub-district, Kasetsomboon District Chaiyaphum Province. The research tools were 1)    questionnaire 2) interview form Data analysis using basic statistics (mean, standard deviation) and content analysis.
          This is reflected in the research findings.
          1. Basic formulas for producing liquid soaps. The basic formulations used in the experiment were found to have differing characteristics. Color : Clear, colorless. Odor : Good smell. Thickness: The texture of the soap is rather fluid. The research team thus used the characteristics of the base formula that can be produced. Modify the formula to determine the appropriate quantity for the treatment of liquid soap products. Continue to mix the pulp of the grapefruit. And from the study of sensory quality of liquid soap mixed with grapefruit pulp : grapefruit pulp juice at 3 levels, namely 5:48.6 , 10:43.6 and 15:38.6%, to find a standard formula that Suitable for the production of liquid soap mixed with grapefruit pulp : grapefruit pulp juice In the sensory quality assessment, it was found that the test subjects gave the second formula the most favorable score, which was the mean of color, homogeneity and texture (thickness). On a moderate level to enjoy a lot. In regards to cleaning and odour, there is no significant difference. The statistical significance (p >0.05) of 5:48.6% grapefruit pulp was opaque white. Homogeneity and texture (thickness) are comparatively lower because the formula contains less grapefruit pulp than the other two formulas. It has a good smell to be used for the production of liquid soap mixed with grapefruit pulp : grapefruit pulp is therefore confident in its production. And from the study of consumer acceptance towards grapefruit peel liquid soap : grapefruit peel pulp juice, it was found that there was moderate satisfaction at 40 percent, appearance (color), slightly darker, 38%, moderate odor of liquid soap. 29%, texture (thickness) 57% and non-irritating feeling 100%.
