A Study of Work Administration in Accodance with the Principle of the Good Governance of the Administrative Organization in Nanang Sub-District, Phonphisai District, Nongkhai Province

Abstract

          The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the dharma principles in Buddhism that are consistent with good governance; 2) to study the problems of the administration according to the Buddhist good governance of Na Nang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Phon Phisai District Nong Khai Province 3) to study the guidelines for the administration according to the Buddhist good governance of the Na Nang Subdistrict Administrative Organization Phon Phisai District Nong Khai Province It is a qualitative research. by collecting information from documents and From the interviews with 26 key informants, the research results were presented by descriptive methods.
          The results showed that Good governance refers to systems, structures and processes. that lay down rules of society to develop and coexist peacefully It consists of the rule of law, the principle of morality, the principle of transparency. participation principle principle of responsibility Value principle Buddhist Governance Principles of Na Nang Subdistrict Administrative Organization Used in this research is Tosaphitharatham, the qualification of administrators or administrators. and the principles of good faith. non-discriminatory operational development guidelines
          The administration according to the good governance of Na Nang Subdistrict Administrative Organization found that: by adhering to the correct rules; (2) morality; management with moral principles; (3) transparency; There is a clear and transparent management. (4) Participation. Opportunities for personnel to participate in strategic planning (5) Responsibility There is management according to the goals. and objectives set forth in the action plan (6) value for money There are goals that extend to the interests of the community primarily.
          There are 4 guidelines for administration according to the Buddhist good governance of Na Nang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, namely: by promoting leadership of executives and community leaders; (2) enhancing the organization's personnel according to Buddhist principles; by promoting the morality of local personnel at all levels; (3) enhancing the organization's management according to Buddhist good governance; and (4) enhancing the goals of the organization according to by promoting goals that are balanced, strong and sustainable
