Abstract

          The goal of this research was to look into the issues and causes of inefficiency in personnel work in the new normal period. and create approaches to improve human efficiency in the new normal era of work A qualitative research method was adopted by the researcher. semi-structured in-depth interview By utilizing quality tools, such as the RPN system, to aid with the operation. as well as a fishbone diagram The findings revealed that the main source of inefficiency in the work of new normal staff is documentation delays, which are caused by a number of major issues that are characterized using fishbone diagrams according to the 4M1E principle. making use of a fishbone diagram Insufficient personnel was discovered to be one of the key factors. Workplace dissatisfaction and malfunction It is brought on by the necessity of working from home. As a result of having to work on alternate days at the office, there was a coordination error. owing to a lack of effective communication Lack of a well-defined workflow a lack of self-development and a lack of focus on important responsibilities There isn't enough equipment to get the job done. There isn't a formal operational tracking mechanism in place. The supervisor does not follow up with you. As a result, no unambiguous indicators exist. There are no operational manuals available. There isn't a clear divide of labor. As a result, redundant work processes are created. Contains evidence of numerous errors and, finally, delays. They also have to contend with the COVID-19 outbreak. As a result, employees are able to work from home. The working environment is inhospitable to the operation. There are also things that get in the way of work, resulting in inefficient work. In the new normal period, look for strategies to improve employee efficiency. Project 1 is titled "PEA Grow Up," Project 2 is titled "PEA Ready!" and Project 2 “PEA New Gen.”
