The Guidelines of Personnel Management by the Four Principle of Brahma Viharn Dhamma For the Private Schools of the Administrators in Khon Kaen Province under the Office of Area 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: to study personnel management according to the Four Brahmavihāra Dhammas; to propose guidelines for personnel management according to the Four Brahmavihāra Dhammas of private school administrators in Khon Kaen Province, Area 1. The questionnaire was used to collect the data from 195 samples. The data were also collected from the interview of 5 administrators. The statistics used in data analysis were: Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation.
The research results were as follows:
The personnel administration according to the Four Brahmavihāra Dhammas of private school administrators in Khon Kaen Province as a whole included (1) manpower planning and position management according to the Four Brahmavihāra Dhammas; (2) recruitment and appointment according to the Four Brahmavihāra Dhammas; (3) enhancing efficiency in performing duties according to the Four Brahmavihāra Dhammas; (4) discipline and maintaining the discipline according to the Four Brahmavihāra Dhammas; (5) leaving the organization according to the Four Brahmavihāra Dhammas.
1) In terms of manpower planning and position management, the administrators should apply the Four Brahmavihāra Dhammas in planning personnel work for maximum benefits and to work to the best of their ability with compassion.
2) In terms of recruitment and appointment, the administrators should plan to help their subordinates when any problem arises in order to improve work morale.
3) In terms of enhancing efficiency in performing duties, the administrators should praise the personnel for raising the morale of the work and congratulate the progress of the personnel.
4) In terms of discipline and maintaining the discipline, the administrators act as a good role model for teachers and personnel.
5) In terms of leaving the organization, the administrators should consider a clear process for determination of employment by accepting reasons of resignation or breach of employment contract.
