The Roles of Members in Nong Na Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization Council in Strengthening the Local Community in Mueang Udon Thani District Udon Thani Province

Abstract

         The objectives of this research were to study 1) the role of members of the Nong Na Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization Council in strengthening the community; 2) the relationship between the roles of the members of the Nong Na Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization Council in enhancing the and 3) analyze the problems and obstacles of the members of the Nong Na Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization Council. in strengthening the community The sample group used in the interview were 10 members of the Nong Na Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization and the sample group used to answer the questionnaire. There were 367 people who had the right to vote in the Nong Na Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire.
          The results showed that :
          1. Roles of members of Nong Na Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization Council in promoting the strength of the community moderate by support promote the conservation of local cultures and traditions at a high level Promotion Supporting the establishment of an organization group The community network was at a moderate level. The aspect of seeking/raising funds for the community was at a moderate level. and the creation of a mechanism for people's participation process was at a moderate level.
          2. The hypothesis test found that the role of the council members Nong Na Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization to strengthen The strength of the community is related. with the effect of strengthening the community in the Nong Na Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization statistically significant at the .05 level
         3. Interview with members of Nong Na Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization Council about problems and obstacles in action to strengthen the community in the Nong Na Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization It can be concluded that some people's budget constraints are not yet co-operating in community networking activities. and the problem of boundless urban development caused by the tourism trend flows into Nong Na Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization quickly made the way of life and culture of the people's livelihood change.
