Capacity Promotion of Government Teachers, Schools of Lang Watershed Educational Quality Development Network Center, Pang Mapha District, under Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

         This research aims to study the Capacity of Government Teachers, methods of Capacity Promotion of Government Teachers, and examine methods of Capacity Promotion of Government Teachers at Schools of Lang Watershed Educational Quality Development Network Center, Pang Ma Pha District, under Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Populations are 9 administrators, and 77 teachers, total of 86. Research tool is questionnaire. Questionnaire data is analyzed by searching for percentage, average and standard deviation. Questionnaire interview contents and evaluation form are analyzed and synthesized by percentage then summarized in the descriptive writing.
          Research result found that the overall Capacity Promotion of Government Teachers at Schools of Lang Watershed Educational Quality Development Network Center, Pang Ma Pha District, under Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 is at high level. When we consider each part in descending order, all of them are high, including Analysis, Synthetization, and Research to develop learners regarding Classroom Administration, Teacher’s Leadership, Curriculum Administration and Learning Management, Learner’s Development, as well as Building Relation and Cooperation with Community for Learning Management respectively.
          Methods of Capacity Promotion of Government Teachers are as follow. There should be training of curriculum arrangement, and supervision on learning management by learner-center, and training of activity arrangement for learner’s development. They should allocate budget to create classroom atmosphere to support the learning, train for in-class research, develop knowledge and ability of teachers in accordance with their positions. They should determine cooperation policy with the community, and arrange activities to utilize the learning center, local wisdom and local scholars.
          The examination on methods of Capacity Promotion of Government Teachers at Schools of Lang Watershed Educational Quality Development Network Center comes up with 100 percent of correctness, suitability, probability and utility.
