Factors Affecting the Work Efficiency of Personnel in Administrative Work at Office of the Attorney General in the Area of Region 6

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of the work efficiency of the personnel in the administrative work at Office of the Attorney General, 2) to study the factor affecting the work efficiency of the personnel in the administrative work at Office of the Attorney General, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions for the development of personnel in the administrative work at Office of the Attorney General. This research applied the Quantitative Research with the Survey Research by collecting the questionnaires from 396 personnel in Administrative Work at Office of the Attorney General in the Area of Region 6. The statistics used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Multiple Regression Analysis with Enter Method.
          Results of the Research 1) overall, the level of the work efficiency of the personnel in the administrative work at Office of the Attorney General was at the high level. 2) The factor affecting the work efficiency of the personnel at the most was the job description it was the responsibility and getting the respect. The other factors did not affect the work efficiency of the personnel. 3) The problems and obstacles were that the instruments in the office had no enough to the demand of the personnel in working, were out-of-date and did not facilitate in work. Moreover, some personnel had the lack of the knowledge on the law, rules and regulation in working. The suggestions were that the administrators should provide the instruments enough to the demand of the personnel in working, up-to-date and facilitating in work. The administrators should provide the project for training and developing the personnel for the knowledge on t the law, rules and regulation in working.
