Abstract
The conformation of Administrators leadership will be helping prophesy effectiveness of school. This research aimed to study and search for predictors in forecasting the model of leadership affecting the effectiveness of school under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The samples comprised teachers in the schools under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The informant group comprised teachers in the schools under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in academic year 2021. The Quantity three hundred and thirty – three persons by means of stratified random sampling according to the proportion of teachers in each district. To collected data with questionnaires. The statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage, mean ("X" ), standard deviation (S.D.), Pearson’s product correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple linear regression analysis. The research results were found as follows; the model of leadership affecting the effectiveness of school under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3; Strategic Leadership and Transformational Leadership be able prevision, explain the effectiveness of school equal to 40.00 precents, were able to write regression raw scores and standard scores as follows:
= 1.49 + 0.30X1 + 0.30X3
y = 0.33ZX1 + 0.32ZX3
