The Need to Develop Characteristics of Educational Institution Administrators in the Digital Age under the Mae Hong Son Primary Education Service Area 2

Abstract

          With today's technology in the digital era, it is very necessary to live a life that the educational institution is a learning management agency to prepare people to live in the digital era happily. Therefore, conducted research on this matter. The research is objective were To study the need for character development in the digital age of school administrators under the Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group includes Administrators who perform administrative duties of educational institutions under the Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2021. Total number 123 people. The research instrument was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. with IOC values ​​between 0.67-1.00. and have confidence alpha coefficient Cronbach's alpha-coefficient of the entire questionnaire was 0.913. Data collection is carried out by request a letter from the graduate school Naresuan University To the director of the educational institute under the Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 that is a sample. 123 data were collected manually. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean () and standard deviation (S.D.), t-test independent and one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA). If differences are found, test the differences between the pairs using the Schefft's method.
          The research results found, The need to develop characteristics of educational administrators in the digital era Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that Creativity was at the highest average. followed by the aspect of creating a vision at a high level and skills in using information technology at a high level, respectively.
