A Study of Academic Management of Schools Consortium Based on the Concept of Cross Cultural Skills Frameworks

Abstract
The objectives of this article were to study the conceptual framework of 1) the academic management of schools consortium and 2) cross cultural skills. Data were documentation from eleven studies related to the academic management of schools consortium and cross cultural skills which used content analysis and grouping analysis.
The findings are as follows: 1) the conceptual framework of the academic management of schools consortium consists of: 1.1) curriculum development, 1.2) learning process development, 1.3) teaching materials and learning resources and 1.4) assessment and evaluation; 2) the conceptual framework of cross cultural skills consists of: 2.1) respecting cultural differences, 2.2) cross cultural communication, 2.3) diversity working group, and 2.4) dealing with ambiguity and changing.
