The Innovative Organization Model in the Secondary Schools Under the Basic Education Commission ; A Case Study of Chaiyasitthawat “Pat Saibumrung” School in the Secondary Education Service Area Office Pathum Thani

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to; 1) Studied model of the secondary schools administrative to Innovation Organization and development on the secondary school, under the Basic Education Commission , By literature reviews, research related and empirical data from the schools were success and model development by Delphi technique. And  2) Evaluated the model was implementation of the Chaiyasitthawat "Pat Saibamrung" school under the secondary school Pathum Thani service area. By the cooperative research and evaluation on suitability and satisfaction evaluated of the administrators, teachers, parents and students. The data were collected by the interviewers form and the questionnaires. The results as followed;
          The model of the secondary schools administrative to Innovation Organization and development on the secondary school under the Basic Education Commission  were 2 dimensions; 1) Dimension on component of administrative school which composts on 1.1)Target Cleary,1.2)  Understanding together, 1.3) Reform, 1.4) Behavioral change, 1.5) Instructional development, 1.6) New normal and 1.7) Evaluation and 2) Dimension on organizational driven were by The Professional Learning Community (PLC) and Quality cycle management system (PDCA). The model confirmation with the professional commented by the 3 rounds of Delphi technique research.( Mdn > 3.50, IR < 1.50). And the suitable for school implemented model were at high level, and the result of model were satisfied evaluation by the stakeholders were at high level, Moreover, there were innovation reward more too.
