Improving Chinese Reading Skill Based on Multimedia for Students in Mathayom 4, Chinorotwittayalai School

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were (1) to create and find efficiency of multimedia on (How much is half a kilo of apples?) and (I want to exchange for RMB.) for mathayom 4, Chinorotwittayalai School. The study was to focus on learning in order to meet the standard criteria 80/80. (2) The study also compares learning achievement of pre- and post-Chinese reading-writing subject on the two stories  (How much is half a kilo of apples?) and (I want to exchange for RMB.), The respondents were 38 students in mathayom 4 in academic year 2021, Chinorotwittayalai School. For research methodology, Purposive Sampling was used in this study (because there was only 1 room had studied Chinese reading-writing 2). Research tools used in this study were (1) five lesson plans in totally 10 periods  (2 periods of each plan)          (2) learning achievement tests on  (How much is half a kilo of apples?) and (I want to exchange for RMB.) (3) Students’ satisfaction form toward studying with multimedia (4) multimedia. The statistical data analyzation used in this study was mean, Standard Deviation, Index of Difficulty, Discrimination, Reliability and t-test.
          The research findings found that:
          1. The efficiency of multimedia learning on (How much is half a kilo of apples?) and (I want to exchange for RMB.) for mathayom 4 students indicated value at 82.25/79.83
           2. Learning achievement on Chinese reading-writing 2 (How much is half a kilo of apples?) and (I want to exchange for RMB.) presented high value on post-test, which it was higher than pre-test. It was in accordance with statistically significant at .05
           3. Students’ satisfaction toward learning Chinese based on multimedia for the story (How much is half a kilo of apples?) and (I want to exchange for RMB.) presented at high level.
