Development of learning achievement in Thai language subjects by Activity Packages for Mathayomsuksa 3 students at the Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University (Secondary Division)

Abstract

           The research topic was Development of learning achievement in Thai language subjects by using an activity pack for mathayomsuksa 3 students at the Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University (Secondary Division). The objectives of this experimental research were 1.) to create and find the effectiveness of the educational achievement development activity package, 2.) to develop learning achievement in the Thai language subjects of students in Grade 3. The sample consisted of 30 mathayomsuksa 3 in the second semester of the 2021 academic year from The Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng  University. The researcher selected the samples in the second semester of the academic year 2021 by cluster sampling. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test for dependent samples. The tools used in the experiment consisted of
           1. 4 Lesson plans using activity packs.
           2. Achievement test that is a multiple choice, 4 choices, 30 items, 1 point per item, total 30 points, used for pre-test and post-test.
           3. The teaching activity set consists of 4 types as follows:
           The result of the research was found that 1.) the development of learning achievement in Thai language subjects through the use of an activity set for Mathayomsuksa 3 students at the Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University (Secondary Division) according to the criteria was effective in average 83.75/ 81.33, which is above the established threshold of 80/80. 2.) Students' academic performance was higher post-test than pre-test, with a mean of 20.27 and a standard deviation of 2.62. The post-test mean was 24.03 and the standard deviation was 2.39. The academic performance of students who studied post-test with the academic performance package was higher than before. Statistically significant at the .05 level
