Abstract

In today's era, driven by science and technology, the enterprise must adopt appropriate flexible management to deal with the impact of these changes, and finally achieve the organizational goals. This study aims to seek a suitable flexible HR management model to achieve a positive and benign promotion effect with enterprise organizational performance, which will show dynamic adaptability, can adapt to the changing environment, and thus play a greater role in enterprise organizational performance improvement. This paper commented on the theory of human resource flexible management and organizational performance, and summarizes the relationship between the two to find the purpose and significance of the research.
