Needs of Internal Supervision of School Administrators of Opportunity Expansion School Under the Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 Kamphaeng Phet

Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were to study the priority need of index of Internal Supervision Of School Administrators Of Opportunity Expension School Under The Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, Kamphaeng Phet. The sample of this research consisted of 254 teachers in educational opportunity extension school under The Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, Kamphaeng Phet. In this regard, sample selection was done by stratified random sampling. Instruments used in the study were classified which consisted of dual–response format. The data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, standard deviation and the priority need of index modified (PNI modified).
          The results were shown: The overall needs assessment index of supervision within the school of the school administrators to expand educational opportunities Under the Office of Kamphaeng Phet Primary Education Area 2 was 0.074. The results were as followed to study the priority need of index of Internal Supervision Of School Administrators Of Opportunity Expension School Under The Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, Kamphaeng Phet as a whole were 0.074. The following was further found: The aspect of the PNI modified at the first rank was Direct Assistance (PNI modified = 0.084). Lastly was Professional Development (PNI modified = 0.058).
