Development of Electronic Book (E-Book) in Mathematics Subjects on topic of Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division of Fractions for Prathomsuksa 6 students at Nikhom Songkhro School

Abstract

          The objectives of this research 1) are to develop an electronic book on topic of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of fractions of the Prathomsuksa 6 students, having of efficiency according to the 80/80 criteria. 2) to compare the learning achievement between of Mathematics Subject on topic of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of fractions teaching by using the electronic book  and a normal teaching method. 
           The sample group used in research, using the students in Prathomsuksa 6, in the number one semester academic year 2022 of Nikhom Songkhro School by using a specific random sampling method of 2 classrooms, a total of 76 students, divided into an experimental groups who study by using electronic book (E-books) of 43 students, and the control groups by using a normal teaching method of 43 students. The research tools are 1) an electronic book , a set of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of fractions 2) a learning management plan 3) an learning achievement test with confidence value of the test of the whole version 0.91. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test for independent Samples.
         The results of this research found that
          1) Electronic book on topic of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of fractions of the Prathomsuksa 6 students indicated the efficiency of 81.47/80.17, whichfollowing the specified criteria. 2) The learning achievement for Prathomsuksa 6 students who taught by using an electronic book  after studying is higher than a normal teaching method with statistical significance at the .05 level, which was consistent with the hypothesis.
