Abstract

          The objectives of this research were: 1) to study transformational leadership and 21st century skills of school administrators under the Office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 3; 2) To study the relationship between transformational leadership and 21st century skills of school administrators under the Office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 3.The sample group was School administrators and teachers Under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 306 people. The research tool was a questionnaire with a 5-level estimation scale. Manual Data Collection The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The research findings were as follows: 1) Transformative leadership and 21st century skills of school administrators under the Office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 3.change leadership inspiring had the highest mean, followed by the aspect of ideological influence and the aspect with the lowest average value was intellectual stimulation.21st century skills found that teamwork skills and information technology skills for communication have the highest average.  followed by analytical thinking and creativity skills, and the lowest average was communication skills.2) The relationship between transformational leadership and 21st century skills of school administrators. under the Office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 3 had a relationship Statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
