The Management of Village Fund with the Good Governance in Thung Yai Subdistrict, Pho Prathap Chang District, Phichit Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of good governance based on village fund management in Thung Yai Sub-district, 2) to compare the opinions of village fund members with good governance based on village fund management in Tambon Thung Yai. and 3) suggestions and guidelines for managing the village fund according to good governance principles in Thung Yai Sub-district. Conducted according to the quantitative research methodology. The sample group consisted of 320 village fund members obtained from Yamane's formula. The tool was a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.835. Statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and t-test and F-test.
The results of the study were as follows: 2) The comparison of opinions of village fund members with different personal factors had opinions on village fund management according to good governance in Thung Yai sub-district. and 3) suggestions and guidelines for managing the village fund according to good governance found that (1) there should be an appropriate extension of the loan repayment period; (3) Performance evaluation (4) Performance commendation measures (5) Punishment (6) Knowledge promotion through training (7) Income allocation interest To assist in the event of an emergency, (8) clarify problems and obstacles including performance.
