Factors Affecting the Success in Operating the Community Enterprise of Community Rice Production and Propagation Group, Ngio Rai Subdistrict Taphan Hin District, Phichit Province

Abstract
The objectives of this study were to study : 1) the level of success in operating 2) the relationship between the factors affecting the success in operating , and 3) the problems, obstacles, and suggestions for operating. This study applied Quantitative Research. The sample was 398 members of the community enterprise. The data were collected by using the questionnaire and analyzed by employing frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and content analysis.
The research results were as follows: 1) Overall, the level of success in operating the community enterprise of the community rice production and propagation group was at a high level. 2) The relationship between the factors affecting the success in operating the community enterprise of the community rice production and propagation group was found that the factors affecting the success in operating were at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that local wisdom was at the highest level. Then, it was the entrepreneur, the participation of the community, the leadership, and support from the government sector. These factors had a positive relationship in low level to the success 0f operating the community enterprise of the community rice production and propagation group. And 3) The problems, obstacles, and suggestions for operating the community enterprise of the community rice production and propagation group were found that the community enterprise should develop the knowledge of the members in the interdependent management. The government sector should support the budget to study trips of the community enterprise successfully for the development of the operation and making the marketing plan in selling the rice propagation in the duration of production with connecting the network between the farmers in the close area to distribute the rice seed in time and use the media through the poster, electronics, and video in managing the operation and the public relations of the community enterprise.
