Participation of Network Partners in the Operation of the Local Health Security Fund : A Case Study of Tha Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Pho Thale District, Phichit Province

Abstract
The objectives of this study were to study: 1) the level of the participation of the network partners in the operation of the local health security fund 2) to compare the opinion to the participation of the network partners in the operation of the local health security fund and 3) the suggestions for promoting and developing the participation of the network partners in the operation of the local health security fund This study applied the Quantitative Research with the Survey Research. The sample was 145 network partners. The tool of this study was the questionnaire with the 0.934 of reliability. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test.
Research Results 1) The level of the participation of the network partners in the operation of the local health security fund was at the high level. 2) The comparison of the opinion to the participation of the network partners in the operation of the local health security fund with considering the personal factors found that the network partners who had the different personal factors had no the different opinion to the participation of the network partners in the operation of the local health security fund. 3) The suggestions for promoting and developing the participation of the network partners in the operation of the local health security fund : a case study of Tha Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization were the network partners should set the policies and strategies to support the operation of the local health security fund for the policy focusing on the participation in province, district and subdistrict to increase the efficiency in the participation in doing the activities such as the assignment and plans/activities, give the committee controlling, following and checking the results of working, and give the network partners to participate in working thoroughly.
